Plans:
First, there is an interchange proposed for I-75 right there at N Yorkshire.
That would be right near this property and development would surely come at that point if it doesnt before then.

Second, the City of North Port has HUGE plans for this entire area!
It is dubbed “Activity Center 6” also known as “The Shire”.

That would change the zoning for this property from Multi-Family to Commercial. The 50+ acres of city owned land I mentioned above is slated to be a huge park. There is a huge, beautiful lake there already.

So… 2.85 acres of commercially zoned land, surrounded by other commercially zoned land, right off of the interstate with a new interchange.

What do you think may happen to the value of this property then?

Here is the thing… I, nor anyone else, knows what the timeline will be. It is anyone’s guess. In the meantime, it is beautifully wooded and a great outdoor recreation spot. There is a “driveway” going into the property in the back, off of the unnamed road. Pitch tents and go camping! Maybe do some target practice. Or just enjoy nature while you wait for development to head your way!

And… if you wanted, you always have the option of putting an off grid home (or several) there right now.
