There are 60 foot wide easements for roads leading to the property, so there is legal access to this lot although physical access may be a challenge.
There are people familiar with University Highlands and the recreational/camping uses. If you intend on purchasing it for that, I would prefer you be one of those folks. Otherwise, please treat this simply as an investment to buy and hold. I cannot advise you as far as access since I have not been there.
